Arts library : Brierfield Library

Libraries that do not hold an arts or culture collection sometimes work with artists to curate such collections. For example, the artist collective called In-Situ is based at Brierfield Library and responded to the lack of books about arts or culture at the library by putting together an arts library. They worked with artists from across the world to source suggestions, and the final collection was made available in Brierfield Library’s reading room.
