Ella Snell

Ella is a creative entrepreneur and consultant. She is the Founder and Director of Art School Plus which is both a training provider and an innovator of unique art projects. It acts as the bridge between artists and projects, supporting the cultural sector and artists in making work in non-gallery settings.

Alongside Art School Plus, Ella works as a Consultant and is an Associate for Cultural Associates Oxford, specialising in innovation and new business models within the creative industries. This has included working on Newham’s bid to be Borough of Culture, and leadership training for creatives for the British Council. As an independent consultant, Ella has led major artwork production for Yinka Shonibare and Temitayo Ogunbiyi.

Finally, Ella is a Henry Moore Foundation trustee, sitting on the Audiences and Education committee. She also supports the ICA (Institute of Contemporary Arts) Board by sitting on their Development sub-group.
