Stella Toonen

Stella is an arts programmer and researcher with expertise in community co-creation practices, with a PhD in this area. She is programme director of the Arts Council-funded CPP Culture Within Newham, and is interested in bringing organisations, artists and audiences together through collaborative and place-based approaches. As a consultant, her clients have included the Museum of London, Museums Galleries Scotland, and King’s College London. She is a trustee of the Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration.
